Job Description:

Job Requirements:

Responsibilities of this year-round role include but are not limited to:

· Supervising and training 2-4 team member crews in all aspects of landscape management

· Motivating and inspiring team members daily

· Hands-on position requiring weed control, mowing, fertilization application, blowing, trash removal, raking, etc.

· Collaborating with Operations Managers to schedule, monitor and report daily workloads

· Managing the overall quality of assigned commercial landscape properties

· Fostering a strong culture of safety, collaboration, teamwork, and excellence on the crew

· Safely driving a truck and that may or may not include a trailer

· Managing job hours

· Basic working knowledge and understanding of irrigation systems

Other Job Requirements:

· Must have a minimum of 1-year experience supervising a landscape maintenance crew with a minimum of 2 employees

· Must be willing and able to work outside in all weather conditions

· Must be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds and bend and stoop on a routine basis

· Must have a valid NC Driver’s license, pass a pre-employment and annual MVR check, and maintain a good driving record

· Must adhere to Granite Hills Group handbook policies and procedures.
