What You’ll Do
As our Assistant Landscape Manager, you'll play a vital role in delivering top-tier landscaping installations. You’ll assist in managing high-profile projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction from start to finish. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and coordinating landscape installation teams on-site
- Ensuring all projects are completed on time and meet company standards
- Collaborating with the Landscape Manager to execute project plans and meet client expectations
- Managing site logistics, scheduling, and crew assignments
- Monitoring safety practices and compliance
- Training and mentoring crew members to develop their skills
- Troubleshooting project issues and providing effective solutions

What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2+ years in landscape installation or a related role. Prior management experience is a plus!
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Able to manage teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge: Expertise in landscape installation techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
- Mindset: A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
- Certifications: Pesticide license or willingness to obtain. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus!
