Granite Hills Group is seeking candidates for the position of Irrigation Technician Specialist
We are seeking to add a reliable and experienced Irrigation Technician Specialist to our team in Charlotte, NC. This is a hands-on position diagnosing and repairing irrigation systems and components on commercial properties.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Diagnosing problems and issues with existing systems, controllers, and other components.
- Repairing irrigation systems to ensure proper performance.
- Installing irrigation systems and components as needed.
- Scheduling activity and submitting timesheets, material cost, etc., daily using Aspire software system.
- Using technology platforms including Smartlink, Hydrawise, etc. to be more effective.
- Communicating with division managers and other staff to prioritize schedules.
- Providing an excellent service and product to our clients.
- Managing irrigation labor and materials budgets.

REQUIREMENTS
- Must have 2 - 3 years Irrigation Installation experience.
- Must have a valid North Carolina driver’s license with a good driving record for the last three (3) years.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a routine basis.
- Ability to bend and stoop on a continual basis.
- Must wear work boots, company uniforms and company provided PPE at all times, while practicing safe work habits at all times.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions, around insects, poisonous plants, allergens, and other environmental risks.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
